Freestyle MixUP!
Dance to your favourite pop tunes in this mixed class. Aswell as doing routines to your latest favourite tracks you will get the chance to learn show dances from musicals such as Thriller, Highschool musical and Hairspray. Other styles you can learn in this class are Hiphop, jazz, Cheerdance, Irish, Latin and Bollywood. So if you want to learn a bit of everything this is the class for you! No previous dancing experience required!
StrictlyBallroom and Latin
If you've been hooked by BBC's 'Strictly Come Dancing' then why not try Ballroom and Latin? The Ballroom dances include Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot and Tango. The Latin dances are the Cha cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive and Paso Doble. You don't need a partner in order to come to the class. Everyone will get the chance to dance with the instructor. Ballroom and Latin is great for boosting your confidence and improving fitness. Why not give it a go! This is a beginners class for under 16's.
